02 — About Me
About Me
I am Herald Ago, a multi-lingual Digital Product and UX/UI Designer dedicated to creating honest, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences. I hold a Master of Science in IT with a specialization in Web Communication Design from the University of Southern Denmark (SDU), building upon my foundational studies in Communication Sciences and Technologies at the University of Ferrara in Italy. My approach bridges the gap between deep user research, strategic design systems, and front-end feasibility. I focus on removing visual noise and creating strict WCAG-compliant solutions that respect the user.
